UK Music Hall of Fame axed
It was reported in The Sun today that the UK Music Hall Of Fame – which includes acts and artists such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and The Beatles – has been axed.
The yearly ceremony by Channel Four encountered funding problems last year therefore no one was inducted.
Musical icons such as John Peel, Elvis Presley and The Rolling Stones have become members since it was first launched in 2004.
Channel Four have reportedly now closed the doors on the Hall of Fame for good.
