Side Bar????

Can we have a bar like on TiBB, to the left or right, which shows the latest topics and stuff?
Only I find that wayy easier to navigate.

Oh, and can you edit this, as it keeps saying

The length of the title for this topic must be ranging between 10 and 255 characters
Which is annoying

If you click on the portal you can see side bars with all the latest topics on there. I will change the minimum character length for a heading.
